Shipping & Orders

How fast is shipping?

Most orders ship in 3–5 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, US only — Albany pride limits our reach. International coming soon.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Email us at mashy@mashmorepotato.com within 1 hour. We move fast, so the window is tight.

What if my package gets lost?

We've got you. Reach out and we'll re-ship at no cost — that's a Lab promise.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, USPS Priority is available at checkout for next-day-ish delivery.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery. Tags on, unwashed, smell-free. Hit reply on your order email to start.

Can I exchange a size?

Absolutely. Email us and we'll send a prepaid return label for size swaps.

Do you refund original shipping?

For defective or wrong items: yes. Buyer's-remorse returns: not the original shipping cost.

Do shirts run true to size?

Our tees run slightly relaxed. If you're between sizes, size down for a fitted look.

What material are the hoodies?

80% cotton / 20% polyester fleece. Pre-shrunk so they don't pull a fast one in the wash.

Are mugs dishwasher safe?

Top rack, yes. We tested it. They survive.

Are aprons one-size-fits-all?

Yes — adjustable neck and waist straps. Built for chefs and home cooks alike.

How do I get a discount code?

Join the lab newsletter for instant 10% off (code MASH10). LAB20 drops occasionally to subscribers — keep an eye out.

Can I stack codes?

One promo code per order. But we run free shipping above $75 always, no code needed.

Do you have a loyalty program?
