Thanks for shopping with MashMore. This policy explains how, when, and where we ship your gear. If you have any questions after reading it, write us at mashy@mashmorepotato.com and a human will get back to you.
Order Processing
- Processing time: 1β3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed Friday after 12pm ET or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Order confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after checkout, and a separate shipping notification with tracking once your package ships.
- Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you spot an error, email us within 1 hour of placing the order and we'll do our best to update it before the label prints.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping: 3β5 business days after processing, via USPS or UPS Ground.
- Free shipping: Orders over $75 USD ship free to all 50 states.
- Flat-rate shipping: $5.99 USD on orders under $75.
- Expedited shipping: Available at checkout when offered (rates calculated at checkout).
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. International orders typically arrive in 7β21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Customs, duties, and taxes: Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout and are collected by the local carrier or customs office.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once the label is created. You can also track your order any time at /pages/tracking. Tracking information may take 24β48 hours to update after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows your package hasn't moved for 7+ business days, contact us at mashy@mashmorepotato.com. We'll open a claim with the carrier and either replace your order or issue a full refund.
- Marked delivered but missing: Please check with neighbors and around your property first, then contact your local post office. If still missing after 48 hours, email us and we'll help file a claim.
- Arrived damaged: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement at no cost to you.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may take longer than standard delivery.
Holiday & Peak Season
During major holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) and product launches, processing times may extend to 3β5 business days. We post real-time updates on our Instagram @MashMorePotato when delays occur.
Local Pickup
Albany, NY locals: free local pickup is available at 274 Delaware Ave during restaurant business hours. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.
